Sorry you had trouble. Can you cut and paste the text into this ticket of the full "Error was Encountered" message? I just need to know the steps to reproduce the problem. (I can't get the message to happen, I'm sorry to have to ask).
On the password reset page it gives you a userid hint. Was that helpful, or were you able to get that far?
