Thanks for your question about authorizing. I can't see any auth attempts in our log, so this tells me it's never setting your session "cookie."
1. What happens when you try to authorize? How far do you get? For example, is it taking you to eBay? Do you see the eBay authorize button?
2. At what point in the process does it fail? Do you see an error on our site, or on eBay's?
3. Are you using an ad blocker? If so, try to disable it for our site or disable it temporarily, just to see if this is the issue.
4. Does it happen on different browsers?
This sounds a lot like a browser security restriction. Your answers to the above questions will help a lot.
