Your site failed me miserably today and failed to enter any snipes causing me to lose some really good auctions which was a big financial loss to me. Here is the message that I got from you today:

Here is the response when I answered your question:

We could not confirm your password with eBay. Please verify your password at the eBay site to make sure you are not being prompted for security questions or account messages.

Also, make sure not to try too many attempts within one minute, or eBay returns a Captcha dialog. This confuses our pass/fail test.

If you are sure that your CAPS LOCK is off, but are unable to resolve this error, please contact customer service using the Help link in the navigation bar, and we will try to help.

I received messages from you on all of my snipes today and there is nothing wrong with my Ebay password. The problem has to be on your end.

Hello Fred,

The problem is not with your password. eBay is not accepting your password because it is too weak. eBay is much more strict on bids that do not originate at your computer. Please log into eBay and change your password to be stronger, and the problem will go away.

I have two accounts with you and I changed the Ebay passwords on both of them. The account under 4fff [edited] was successful with both Ebay and you. The one for flyingfred [edited] works with Ebay but not with you. The password on your site keeps changing back to the previous Ebay password and I am unable to get it to change. Can you please fix it? The new password is 7734hhhh7734hhhh

I changed the password again on flyingfred to c6zzkgt&c6zzgtk which Ebay indicates is strong and I am still unable to reset it on your site. I have no problem with the 4fff Ebay login password, only this one for flyingfred. I am at a loss and ready to give up.

I have seen this before, there were so many blocks at one time that eBay expects your bids to come from the same computer. Let's wait 18 hours and try again.

Also - that still isn't a very good password - that is just the same format that got blocked. You should mix upper and lower case. LikeThis98@

I waited over 24 hours and now my password does work. There has been a change on Ebay where there was a screen for a "one click bid: in the last hour of an auction that you were currently bidding on. This just disappeared last week so possibly this is causing you a problem? I also noted that previous times that I was having you snipe for me that it would show double bids by me. Was this possibly causing you an issue with Ebays blocking multiple bids?
