I read everywhere y'all have a free service, but my account won't let me do anything and wants me to pay. Every time I go to the dashboard it goes to a re-subscribe window that doesn't offer me any free option.

Thank you for your question about your account. You were sent to us from PowerSnipe, who is discontinuing service. Our arrangement with PowerSnipe is for us to honor the remainder of your subscription and then present the re-subscribe page.
The tradeoff is that you get a 25% discount on the regular prices posted. If we remove that affiliation to present the free plan, then you wouldn't get the discount.
How we proceed depends on your situation. Do you use a lot of snipes? If so, you probably want to upgrade anyway. Please let us know and we can go from there.
