This evening I lost a number of bids due to bidsnipper not sniping the entered amounts. The amounts were entered well in advance.

I lost another bid. I was $16 over the winning bid and the auction was never snipped. Is someone monitoring these complaints and working on a resolve?

Thank you for your question about your bids. You can see that the bids were placed on your Completed tab. You can also see the errors we encountered when we placed your snipes by hovering your mouse over the red exclamation mark for the snipe.
You did not win because the seller used the eBay option to "Block buyers who caused
(N) cancellations of unpaid purchases within (N) months."
