I was informed that I had won this item but, in fact I did. ot. This is the second time in a short time Bid Slammer has done this to me.....what is your excuse this time???

i have yet to receive a reply from Bid Slammer about my losing the auction after Bid Slammer notified me that I had won. Maybe Bid Slammer should have the ability to check and see if the item already has a bid higher than the one their customer has placed so they don’t get excited about winning only to discover that they,in fact, did NOT win.

Thank you for your question about 'win' status. As with the other situations you've inquired about, eBay should never have registered your bid, because there was an earlier bid of $3.00. The minimum bid increment in that price range is $0.25, so your bid of $3.00 should not have been accepted. Here is a link that explains that in more detail.
