I bid $405 for this item, and it sold for $310. 8 hours after it sold Bidslammer was saying the auction was still live, just about to end 8 hours after the actual sold time. I saw that the item had sold 8 hours earlier, but 8 hours later Bidslammer was counting down. When it got to 0 seconds nothing happened. I do believe something is really messed up with your computer system and because of this I missed out on a really great item I should have won. Please advise. I am thinking about going with a different company in the future, since I don't want anything like this to ever happen again. You guys need to shape up or ship out.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. A software update changed the time zone on the system your bids were placed from PST to GMT. We quickly addressed it, but a few bids were placed before we could refresh the times.
I hope this explanation hasn't deterred your confidence as it was a human oversight, not a system failure or reliability issue on the systems part. Your future bids will not be affected.
