I received and email from eBay saying I won the auction but when I clicked on the email it says I missed out.
I even looked on my completed snipes and it says I won as well. What happened?

Thank you for your question about the email from eBay. We show it as a win also, as you said. I can't recall if we've ever seen this situation before. If so, it's been a decade or more.
We investigated -- we definitely did place the snipes and the first one returned "Success," and the second returned "You are already the high bidder."
