Hi, I'm trying to figure out why I didn't win this item, it doesn't look like my bid was placed but it should have been $8.02 above what the item sold for.

Thank you for your question about this item. It took some time to figure it out. I noticed that you had 57 items that ended at the exact same time. There is a limit of 50 snipes per second per customer, and there was supposed to be an error message that prevented the addition of this item. That is why it didn't fire.
Thanks to your writing in, we can address this so it doesn't happen again. I regret the inconvenience, but I hope you appreciate the honest answer.
