Item number appears to be incorrect

New account. Keep getting item number incorrect error message when I try to enter a snipe.
Also, bought an upgrade but can't change the bid drop time to a time less than 10 seconds.

Thank you for your question about the incorrect item number. If you are receiving an "incorrect item number" error, it probably means you need to re-authorize. Just go to BidSlammer Preferences and on the first tab, click the "Refresh your Authorization" link. Once this is done, you should be good to go.
