Why is my lead time set to 10 seconds? Do I need a paid service plan to lower my lead time to 5 seconds? This is my first time with your service.

Thank you for your question about lead times. Yes, an upgrade is required to use the lower lead times. From your main snipe page at BidSlammer, click "Add Service" on the top navigation bar. There, you will see the upgrade options.
