Why can't I have a shorter lead time instead of 10 seconds? 3 seconds would be great.

Thank you for your question about using shorter lead times. The 3-second option is an upgrade. We see that you purchased a month of "Unlimited" service on January 13, but that month expired. The "Pay Per Use" option might be better suited to your needs.
If you click "Add Service" on the navigation bar, you can purchase individual Snipe Wins, and this will enable the 3-second option. We only deduct a Snipe Win if you win the auction. Items that you do not win do not deduct a Snipe Win.
Also, you can buy an Unlimited Subscription, and if you use PayPal for the payment, the payment will be recurring and be enabled until you cancel or suspend the subscription.
