I've just set up my account and paid for 5 snipes, but the options to have a shorter lead time than 10 seconds are all grey.
Could you please tell me why I can't select it? I'm trying to set timers of 5 and 3 seconds

There's a bug where you have to set the delay preference in your Preferences tab. We just set it to 3 for you. Everything should work ok now.
