Did you change your eBay userid? If so, it creates a new account. In that case we would need to transfer the subscription to the new userid.

Yes I did change my eBay user name. I have been trying to rectify this and have contacted you several times since January. I have never received a response until now! Please combine these two together. My current eBay user name is wow2801.

Hello, Thank you for moving the subscription. I have still been trying to use Bidslammer on my PC but it keeps bringing up the site with my old ebay userID. Will that eventually take care of itself. Also will I be losing my previous archived bids?
