Lead time

I am wondering why I can’t choose a lead time of less than 10 seconds. I have previously always been able to choose as low as 3 seconds.

Thank you for your question about seeing the new snipes you purchased. It takes a moment for them to credit; you should be able to see them now.
Also, we noticed that you have three accounts; apparently you've changed your eBay ID a couple of times. Do you want us to merge the accounts?
(In the future, eBay ID changes will simply update the existing account, so that customers can maintain one account.)

It doesn't look like any of the 3 accounts have a subscription. If that is not correct please let us know, because it would carry over. The last one was active up until February of this year.

I believe that is true. I never received anything to notify that I needed to renew. I would like to have one account with all of my history and renew for unlimited bidding.
I feel like your system is not very intuitive and it makes using this site a problem at times.
Anyway how do I go about getting setup?

We have to do it manually. We'll let you know when that is done. Do you need to look through your archive often?
Would you mind taking a moment to give some more detail on intuitiveness? If you can describe the frustrating or confusing part, we'll jump on it. Customers are the best people from whom to solicit improvements!
Side note: You're right about renewal notices. We do not auto-renew credit card transactions to avoid charge disputes, but we just realized that we don't send reminders for card purchases. We'll be sure to add that.

Please go ahead and consolidate to one account. I do not really need my archive. When you are finished and ready for me to renew my subscription let me know then I can provide my credit card information.

I believe it was wow2801. I had that one for a long time so I suspect it was on both accounts.
