I need to get my time less than or at 5 seconds. I tried to do this and was not successful and lost a item . Can you set my time to do a last second bid. So I can get what I need. Please let me know also I purchased a $8.00 trying to up grade. I have spent 56.00 total and my response time is 10 seconds. Please fix this ASAP. I want my account to make a 5 sec last bid .

Thanks for your question about the lead times. We logged in as you and everything seems to be ok; we can select the 3-second lead time. Would you mind trying again, and then letting us know the result? We want to make sure you are able to use all of the features with the upgrade.
We also verified the extra payment, so we extended your subscription for 3X the extra time, i.e., another three (3) months. If this is not acceptable, please let us know.
On item 383040699637, it appears the reason you lost was because the bid was too low ($300 instead of $305).
