I can't log into my account. Do you have a link on your webpage where I can request you to email a link to reset my password, please?

It appears you are entering the wrong password as our verifying software can't confirm it.
To troubleshoot this:
1. Please log in to eBay directly to confirm the password. Do not use the auto-complete. Make sure there is not a warning dialog asking you to update a credit card or some other alert.
2. If you are certain the password is correct, we have found in 99% of situations after we investigate that it is still not being entered correctly. Often is is off by just 1 or 2 characters. In this case we generally ask for you to change the password at eBay and update it here, to avoid any confusion, since we really can't test your password ourselves.
If either of those steps do not work please reply to this ticket and we can take the next step.
