I was happily logged in, then logged out. When I tried to login again it kept saying it couldn't verify my information. I did this several times, checking I typed everything correctly but still no luck. I tried logging in to eBay to make sure I had the information right and eBay didn't have a problem and it worked fine. I also tried logging in to BidSlammer with a different user ID and that worked. Is there some other reason login doesn't work.

The best way to resolve this is to perform the following steps:
1. Click "Sign Up" on our home page.
2. Let it guide you through the authorization process and return you back to BidSlammer.
3. (At this point, it should have logged you in to BidSlammer successfully.)
4. Check your email and follow the prompt to change your passwd.
In addition to resolving the issue you reported, this step will refresh any expired permissions.
