I included the item number above I entered the snipe over an hour and a half before the item ended I was $100 over the only bid and lost I need to know what happened before I change services this cost me a lot of money. As I knew I would win the coin I've been doing this for 35 years when the auction ended it was still just the original bid and when I entered the snipe everything was green and good to go it's almost like the system didn't even enter it I use the two second time out

I want to curse so much that damn eBay does this to me every month or so. Never happened when I used Bid Slammer it was just a coincidence this time, Ebay though never sent me the verification they usually do because i didnt bid directly through them. It would have helped if your system would have rejected my bid slam, but I assume it works by not doing anything until the last 2 seconds I wonder if there's a way you could have it probe the item to see if that's the response we're going to get thanks anyway

It's my understanding that the chances of this error go up significantly if (a) you are bidding internationally and (b) using a third party, like us.
eBay does give us a field called "ebayidVerified" and yours is set to "false." However, only 250 people in our entire database of 20 years have this set to true.
As a result of your post, I added a task for us to take a closer look at this. Even if everyone has it set to false, it's still worthwhile to do the verification.
