I cannot review my membership because PayPal placed a permanent limitation on my account. I would like to bid on this item but I don’t know how to w/o being able to buy a membership. I was a powersnipe customer.

Thank you for your question about subscribing. You can pay with a credit card as follows. First, make sure you are logged out of PayPal. Next, click the “Pay with PayPal“ button on our site, which takes you to PayPal. From there, you’ll see a button at the bottom that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.“
