please explain to me why i missed the last bid for the embroidery picture...the winning bid was no where near my high bid

I looked on your "Completed Snipes" page to see we placed your snipes, and I do see that we placed at least 2 snipes and received the same exact result for each one.

I checked our logs to see what condition we encountered when we placed your snipes. eBay did not accept your login credentials.

The solution is to update your correct eBay credentials on the BidSlammer Preferences page:

I updated the status of the auctions. We will certainly refund any snipes. Remember, we cannot accurately determine the win status unless we have the correct eBay credentials.

i have already this week won several these credentials............................my password . any other suggestions...should i talk to ebay?

I am 100% that the password we have for you is incorrect as this is the error reported in the eBay log directly from eBay.

eBay reps are well-informed for their own site, but they often give incorrect "guesses" know nothing about sniping services. 100 different reps will give you 100 completely different answers, and they would all be guesses.
