Why do you show me losing a bid for bidding too low when I was the only bidder and I bid $20 more than the opening bid? Also, why do you show me winning an auction when in reality you never placed any bid for me at all?

To be sure, which item number are you inquiring of? We always place the bid, but sometimes it is difficult to determine the reason you did not win, could you check this list carefully and see if any of these situations apply to you?
