again i am very sorry. Would have won about 20 items i really wanted and program says i have won but i haven`t as the program again isn`t working correctly.
Please fix this bug immediately.

By "not originating at our site," I mean bids not placed by you from your private computer, i.e. snipes.
Always check the Completed Snipes tab to see if the snipe times were recorded. If they are there, then the snipes were placed and the fault isn't at our site.
eBay is periodically rejecting all passwords that are alphanumeric only. To ensure that all your snipe go through please change your password at eBay to be more secure, then update them at our site.
