I have had a bidslammer account for several years. My last payment to for your services was paid via my paypal account on 9/12/15. Now, when I sign into bidslammer, it says I have a zero balance and have a trial account. I cannot change my lead time anymore, as it's set to 30 seconds (trial user standard?). What happened to my account?

You created a second account in 2006 that was totally blank except for the one snipe you added. I moved the snipe from that one into your true account.

The account you want is t****g.

I also made the account password the same as the old one.

After you acknowledge that you received this, I will also close the empty account to avoid confusion.
