My balance

I have very seldom used BidSlammer for probably over 1 year. And yet, my credit balance keeps significantly shrinking over time. Is there now some type of time limit on credit?? This would mean that BidSlammer is now very expensive.

Hello Robert,

We would only deduct pay per use, but a history is available. We can go back in time on our backups and can also sum the history since your last purchase. Do you remember when your last login was and the approximate balance at that time?

A couple of years ago, I thought I had over $200. This went down to less than $200 last year. I successfully bid on 2 items (8 and 9 months ago) for a fee of 50 cents each. Now, I have 75.61 "credits" and no dollars. Since it appears that I have no dollars left and do not know what "credits" equates to, or what the current fees are after looking at the website, I am not sure what a bid would cost.

Hello Robert,

It took some time but I added up everything since your last purchase and it was off exactly 48 credits which is the amount of the annual subscription. I don't know if you remember at some point last year you (or someone) clicked on the annual conversion offer, which might still be visible. It gave you unlimited snipes but deducted 48 credits. Do you want to go back to pay per use? It seems the better option as that would only deduct 2.00 credits for recent snipes (net 46 added).

Hello Robert,

I switched you back to the unlimited and credited the difference. I was reasonably certain that is what you were asking for, but if that is not correct please let us know.

Thank you for taking the time to write in. Please let us know if we can help further.

Yes, I only want to do pay per use.

I do not remember ever knowingly switching to unlimited. In all the years I have been a customer, I have never needed the "unlimited" and preferred the pay per use. That is why I chose Bidslammer all those years ago.

So, I have learned to be more observant after losing a lot of money.

Thanks

NO!!!!!!

I DO NOT want unlimited. I have already lost quite a bit of money over the last couple of years.

I am NOT interested in unlimited. Otherwise, I would have gone with another bid server many years ago.

Hello Robert,

I mistyped, I meant pay per use, sorry. ;)

You didn't lose any money - the last double bucks offer advertised a 2 year expiration on the free portion of the offer. I realize now that this is where the 50 credits went....(which explains the off-by-two leading me to think it was 48).

But it's ok, you can keep them. We are no longer doing the double bucks offers anyway.

Thanks

Now that I am an old, retired person, I am easily scared. The one thing I have always liked are the rapid responses to questions for help, etc.

So, thank you for your prompt replies, patience, and help. I really do appreciate it. In most things, I will always pay a little extra to do business with people and companies with individual and personalized help.

Thank you once again.
