My Bid was higher, but you did "NOT" Bid..? Why..?

My Bid amount was $76.89 higher than the $200 winner...You did "NOT" Bid..? You claim the Auction was "ended early" but that's not true...The Auction's ending was "Time Stamped" by e-bay as closing at 10:42 PM, the correct time. My Snipe was correctly entered, and entered well in advance of closing time. I watched it end, expecting to see my Snipe come in and win the Item, and you "Never" placed the Bid..? You also did "NOT" place my Bid in an Auction 2 days before where my Snipe was "higher" than the winning Bid, but again...You never placed the Bid... What's going on..? If you can't be trusted to enter the Bids that are pre-entered by the Customer, than your service is of no use and shouldn't be in use. I've never had this issue with Bidslammer in many previous Snipes. If I lose because I was "outbid", so be it...my fault. But to have a Snipe set that ended up being $76.89 over the winning bid, and to have that Snipe "NEVER BID" is outrageous. I'm sure the Seller wouldn't be happy at the fact that they, and e-bay also "lost money" because you failed to bid. I believe an explanation should be provided to all involved. Lee

Hello Lee,
Thank you for your question about this snipe. The snipe was placed. You can verify as follows:
1. Go to your Completed tab.
2. Verify snipe placement times listed.
3. Click the log icon next to your snipe.
4. Review the full execution history.
Every indicator is that we did exactly as you asked, eBay took over 4 seconds to process the bid. It's extremely rare, which is why we offer a 3-second option, but it's still risky. We cannot compensate for any delays on the eBay side.
We advertise this in a few places, for example, there is a help page ( https://bidslammer.com/help/snipe-lead-time ) and also an explanation in Preferences where you choose the lead preference.
I hope this helps relieve some of the frustration, but please rest assured that the service did perform as advertised. Please let me know if I can help further.
