It appears that you won your last snipe, which used the last of your purchase from way back ... 13 years ago! Wow, I don't think I've seen a customer stretch their balance over 13 years before.
You can use the service free as much as you like, but to get back to 3-second snipes you must purchase more snipes or a subscription. Just click the "Upgrade service" at the upper right.
