I put two items in a group. I got the first item. I decided I wanted to go ahead and bid on the second item anyway so I created a NEW bid outside the group for the second item. Your system never submitted the bid for it. If it had I would have won it.

Once a snipe is marked as won, the only way to reset the "won" flag, and smiley face shown, is to delete the snipe and add it back again.

The reason it operates this way is because many snipers didn't want it that way, and people would write and ask us to pay for the item they didn't want.
