Tell me what I have to do to get this working again. You sent me an email about updating and I did and its still not working. Ive been using this system for years without a proublem. There is nothing to tell me whats wrong and noone to talk to, this would be so much easier if I could talk to a human. The way people run businesses is too impersonal these days. It takes forever to solve problems trading emails.
