what is going on? I have properly set up my last two bids and watched carefully and bidslammer never even entered a bid for me. I lost both because the bids were never even lodged. Why?

Sorry - that is not correct. Prior to messaging you I followed the information provided on this site, and checked the authorisation which indicated validity until April 2021. Please see below the copy paste:
"if a lot of things stop working at the same time, it's time to refresh your authorization token.
The "token" is something eBay gives us that says it's ok for us to import listings and bid for you.
Your token is Valid. It expires on April 20, 2021.
You can Refresh your Authorization any time you like"
Would you please check again and determine what has gone wrong. Prior to becoming a paid subscriber I used your free service with great success, and loved it. Why now that I have taken on paid subscriber status have things gone so wrong?
