Thank you for your question about adding snipes. We do see a payment 20 USD for 2500 BidPoints on 2024-08-28, but you have used 2436 points since that purchase (and having gone negative by 64). We always place the bid even if it means the balance will go negative.

So in short, you would have to replenish the balance with another purchase.

If you refresh the page, you should see the subscription date in the upper-right corner. Are you able to see it?
