I have purchased additional 5 snipes confirmed through Paypal and this payment is NOT being recognized by your system!!! I need to add a snipe NOW and your system is NOT working....

Your balance was all used as of September 2015 and then you purchased snipes at that time. It appears something got mixed up when you purchased snipes again today -- it started a subscription. It "subscribed" you to "5 snipes" plan. I assume you wanted the 5 snipes, so I corrected it.
