I have been a subscribing member to Bidslammer for YEARS!
I previously had a balance of snipes still, yet they have somehow disappeared.
I noticed you updated your site and made changes, but you lost my snipes balance.

I have just purchased ADDITIONAL snipes yet it doesn't even reflect that I'm a 'subscribing member' when I log in...!!!

Please HELP!!!!

Your balance was all used as of September 2015 and then you purchased snipes at that time. It appears something got mixed up when you purchased snipes again today -- it started a subscription. It "subscribed" you to "5 snipes" plan. I assume you wanted the 5 snipes, so I corrected it.
