I have paid the $24 for the 25 winning snipe package but am unable to snipe at less than 10 seconds.
Can you please advise asap what is happening as i have as set of snipes currently I want to be able to shorten the snipe time on.

Thank you for your question about the upgrade. Unfortunately the card did not go through, however, because we just changed the credit card service. If you try again, it should work.
We added a couple of premium snipes so that you will not have any downtime, in case this happens again. Please let us know if it does.
