YourURL for getting in won't recognize that I need to change my password and it won't recognize the one I have used in the past. It does recognize my email address. What do we do now?

I'm not sure which login you are referring to, the main login? Or submitting the eBay credentials? I believe it the latter -- so you must first test your password at eBay before you upload it here.
