Today is the second time in three days I've missed a bid because of problems on your end. It seems that BS won't recognize my ebay password longer than the time it takes to "confirm" it.

Today is also the second time in three days I've sent an email asking for an explanation.

What is going on?

I just found your reply to my first email about this problem. I appreciate that I can screw up in my typing sometimes. BUT, I've had two different people look at this with me. We are using a correct password. You, BS, are sending a page that says the password has been confirmed. How is that possible?

Sorry for the late reply - we researched this and found that you just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.

If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.
