I keep getting a message saying my eBay password is incorrect. The message is incorrect. Because I could not get off the BidSlammer page informing me of the incorrect password, I changed the password yesterday and updated that information with BS. After losing an auction today, I was, once again, informed my password was incorrect. No, it wasn't.

Because BS can't seem to figure this out, I again changed my Ebay password this evening, and subsequently changed it with BS. I've just tried to post a snipe and the message has, again, informed me my password is incorrect. No, it isn't. It hasn't been.

How can we get this straightened out?

I investigated and while I don't mean to contradict you, I can tell you that we are definitely submitting to eBay same as you are entering it. They are sending back a 'password invalid' page. Entering what you enter directly into eBay's login doesn't work.

While I know it's hard to believe you could have mis-entered it the second time around, believe me, it happens a lot. If you change it again at eBay just to be certain. Then make sure you are entering it exactly the same way here.
