Hi, I haven't used my BidSlammer account for ages and want to reset my password but I keep getting an error message that [edited] is not associated with any account. When I try to sign in with my eBay name and password, that doesn't work either. Please help. Linda

If you are having trouble logging in, or if you have not visited the site for a while, just take the "Sign Up" link on our home page, and let it guide you through the process. This will not create a duplicate account, as long as you are using the same eBay Userid as when you joined.
That should get you going. If not, let us know and we can take the next step.
Please note, you will need access to the email account that you registered the account. Also - if you changed the ID, then let us know so we can tie the accounts together.
