I was notified that paypal sent you a reoccurring payment of 10.00 on May 9 for a second month of unlimited bidding. But then you cancelled my premium account. I then today received a notice from paypal that you cancelled my "subscription" to your service. I never signed up for reoccurring payments, just a 1 month trial account on April 9. The problem now is you have not credited me back for the 10.00 payment made on May 9 or given me premium service. I understand to continue the unlimited monthly service the price is now 12.00 which I would have gladly paid, since I want the service, but meanwhile I don't know if I should send you an additional 2.00, if that will turn my premium service back on??? or do I have to wait for you to refund me the 10.00 you have already received and send you the full 12.00. I have several auctions I don't want to lose and want to get this settled ASAP.

Thank you for your question about your subscription. Your premium service has been active since a few moments after you wrote in the first time. You should have received an email with a link to that response.
To answer your other questions,
- We did not cancel your account. However, there was a delay in the activation, which was probably confusing.
- The payment is advertised as a Recurring payment on signup, and the Paypal payment page says "Regular Recurring Payment."
