Thank you for your question about your subscription. We checked the logs. On the day you joined (March 28), Powersnipe showed that you had 6 days left in your subscription. It sounds like they made an error in the calculation in this case.
We changed the subscription to run until 02/22/2022, but we would like for you to help us determine what went wrong. Can you send the transaction ID for that payment? We would like to send it over to Powersnipe for confirmation.
