Thank you for your question about the triplicate payment. Yes, two were redundant and we refunded and suspended those subscriptions so this will not happen again next year. We apologize for any surprises there.
Our software is set up to avoid this kind of thing, so what probably happened is that PayPal didn't inform us of the payment right away, and it led you to try again two more times.
