Dear bid slammer, can you please let me know why I lost this item snipe when my bid was ~30$ higher than the final selling price? I didn't even look like my bid was put in, even though it said I lost.

Thank you for your question about this snipe. You can look on your Completed Snipes tab on your BidSlammer dashboard and see the status of the snipe. If the reason is listed as UNKNOWN then it means we went through every known situation and couldn't find one that matched.
We can't always determine why the bid was rejected, but we have maintained a list of possible reasons over the years: https://bidslammer.com/help/status-messages/

Please investigate further if you are able. If all the snipes I've ever placed this is only one that stayed "blue" in color, which seemed to indicate that it never fired. Usually if I win or lose it turns green or red. But this particular one stayed blue but still said I lost somehow
