Hi, Your preferences page is malfunctioning. When entering an updated password for ebay it reverts back to the old one. Nothing I do or - can do will update it to the new one. Your help is greatly appreciatef.

Do you have any special characters in your password besides letters or numbers? This should be fine, although those require special handling when sent over the Internet. Would it be possible for you to tell me the special characters? Don't tell us the password, just the symbols.

By the way. Some browsers show only four (4) asterisks in the password field, like this, regardless of how many characters are actually in the password:

Password: ****

Also, I meant to ask - when you SUBMIT, are you receiving the green OK dialog, or the red ERROR dialog?
