I have having a problem logging in.

I get this messaged when I log on.

The eBay password we have for you is incorrect. Please update it now to ensure successful sniping.

Comes up in a page that says BidSlammer Preferences and it says I am logged on but I can't do anything else.
The only area it wants me to fill out in my area code and when I do after hitting submit is does nothing.
I am so angry because I actually logged in the day before to put a snipe on and found out that it didn't snipe for me hence me missing out on the win. I have been relying on Bidslammer but this has really disappointed me.

Please get back to me so I know what is happening.
Also I can't add money to my account, tell me to use what I have left before I can add more. Do I have enough funds to snipe?

Sorry for the late reply - we researched this and found that you just need to go to eBay and make a new, more secure password. eBay is stricter on passwords that do not originate from our site, and so for us to guarantee all bid placements and to eliminate any other uncertainties, we ask that you go to eBay and change your password, and then update it in your BidSlammer Preferences.

If, after that, you still have an issue, please let us know ASAP and we'll jump on it. We can retrieve the result pages for each snipe and this will tell us whatever reason the bid is not being accepted.
