I am having so many problems missing snipes I have not changed my password but the page keeps say it has failed, I am not getting any support ! ! I have created another account to see if that heps but do want to pay for 2 accounts if bidslammer is not working anymore...how do I delete accounts.....

Please let us know the steps to reproduce the problem. Are you able to log in to your account? If so, can you verify your password in Preferences?

Eyes I can and yes I have submitted my pref details all are correct yet snipes keep failing so I know no longer trust bidslammer to place the bid !!!!

We need to delete the secondary account, what was the name of it?

Can you do me a favor, and try the Sandbox link that is posted on your snipe home page? This should be usable in the event that you have 2 accounts interfere with each other.

The second account cannot be interfering I set it up only because my. Urgent one seemed useless maybe it's best to delete both and I should find an alternative service as it seems hopeless!!!!

Please visit your BidSlammer Preferences and re-submit your information. Do you receive the green "success" message, or the red "error" message?
