Problems reauthorising with ebay UK

Dear support,
I cannot re-associate my bidslammer account with ebay.
I've tried both refreshing the token and logging in to ebay to no avail.
I think one of two things are happening.
a) I;m going off to eBay.com and it's just not working.
or
b) ebay UK have changed something? Because I can't even find a page that lists all my existing authorisations.
Are you able to help please?

I've spoken with customer services, and am able to access authorisations here;

and I manually revoked authorisation for bidslammer, and then tried to re-associate through bidslammer to no avail.

Hello Amit,
Thank you for your question about the subscription. After considerable time researching this, it seems that you have two accounts under the same name with us. You might recall that we went through this when you renamed your eBay UserID after you first joined.
I am not sure if eBay provides the "token string" for you in My eBay, but if you can find that, we can plug it in for you.
The only other option is to hack through the logs to see if we can find the token and update it manually ourselves.
Based on what you said above, this token isn't available in My eBay. If not, then please run through the auth one more time and then we can see if we can update it manually. We'd also have to close the other account.

The token is copied over, but this is temporary. Please don't authorize again until 2022-12-19, as this will make this happen all over again.
Sometime before then, we have to copy the new account stuff over to the old account.
When you wrote in Jan, you said "I just subscribed again" but you may not have noticed that it created a brand new account when you authorized again. This and the renaming-your-eBay-ID events caused confusion as our system was updating your old account (which you aren't using).

You can safely authorize now. I deleted the info from our database so it won't find the old account now.
