Thank you for your question about the subscription. After considerable time researching this, it seems that you have two accounts under the same name with us. You might recall that we went through this when you renamed your eBay UserID after you first joined.
I am not sure if eBay provides the "token string" for you in My eBay, but if you can find that, we can plug it in for you.
The only other option is to hack through the logs to see if we can find the token and update it manually ourselves.
Based on what you said above, this token isn't available in My eBay. If not, then please run through the auth one more time and then we can see if we can update it manually. We'd also have to close the other account.
