Referring to item #293581378504, the completed snipes show this was won when it was not. Also, where can I find in the sniping details section the price for which an item is finally sold. Or is this only available by reference to eBay.
These are very minor queries about what is an excellent service for me so far.

Thank you for your question about the item showing as won.
1. We checked our logs to see what we encountered when we placed your snipes. This is confusing because we placed two snipes, and as expected, one returned "Success" and the second returned "You are already the high bidder."
In any case, we credited the snipe.
Did eBay send you an email saying you were the high bidder? Or that you were outbid? If so, would you forward that email to us at [edited]? This would help us prevent it from occurring in the future. If you have a moment to do this, thank you in advance.
2. The sold information is on your "Completed" tab on the left sidebar of your dashboard. We can update that status after we hear back from you.

1.I received nothing at all from eBay - neither outbid or that I was the high bidder. But when I checked the outcome of the auction I saw I was the underbidder at my maximum bid and so I was not concerned about losing the item. Just about it being shown as successfully sniped.

2. When I go to the competed section on the LHS, I do not see the item's final selling price. Here's an item that you successfully sniped for me:
boeuf (100.0%) 4 152.50 USD 480.50 not avail. Flat 0 days 2 days ago
The dollar amounts shown are the price when I lodged the snipe and my snipe amount. I cant see the selling price.

I rechecked my emails to make sure I was not misinforming you. I did not recieve an outbid notice but I did receive a "highest bidder" notice. It is below in abbreviated form - I can send you the entire email but it will not paste and so I will need another address. Anyway, this is what is says:

Great! Please forward the email to [edited]. Then I can let you know what I find out. I think I know, but I'd rather be certain :-)
