I was not aware of your automatic payment on your product which I last used a long time ago and I have not used your product since. Currently, I un able to work due to serious health issues and have no income and was too unwell to check and did not know I was paying a monthly subscription, therefore, it would be very helpful to my financial situation if you could refund the subscriptions during the time I was not able to use the product. I did find bidslammer very effective when I used it and won all my bids, so I do intend to purchase it again in the future, Thank you for your time
