Reimbursement

This is my 3rd support ticket I have submitted. I have not heard back a response to the first two tickets. As of 11:24 pm EST today, my credit card has been charge 6x (6 x 56$) for an annual subscription to your service. I do not want a subscription to bidslammer and I want all of this money credited to my account.

Thank you for your question about the charges. We responded to your earlier tickets but will respond here also. The duplicate payments are refunded and your subscription shows correctly. Also, and extra 3 months was added as a good will gesture.

This company still owes me 56.00. I have never used your platform and do not need the 3 months. On my credit card statement, 56.00 was charged to my account 6x. Only 5 of these 6 charges have been reimbursed. Please reimburse my last 56.00.
