Please check my account. Thtmlhere are two snipes whic I believe I have one but three appears to be a hold up because of thr reserve price for a snipe. I have added $12 to cover the cost of snipes.

Hello Robert,

I checked for you - our software detected that the reserve was not met. You did not use any of your snipes. If you don't meet the reserve, it does not count against your snipes. ;-)

Still not sure where I stand on these snipes. Both customers have not responded? What should I do next, wait for a response, or try another snipe? I had added $12 before the second snipe was processed so I don't understand why the reserve was not met. If I win another snipe today will the reserve be met?

Hello Robert,

All three bids are ready to be fired. You are good to go on the new three.

On the other bids, we did place your snipes, but you did not bid high enough to meet the reserve. We do not keep bidding until the reserve is met, because the seller may have set it to some astronomical value.

I have added $12. Please check my account is it okay for my current snipes. If not what must I do.
